After more than 20 years and over 20,000 copies since the original publishing of “Walt Disney’s Railroad Story,” which won the Benjamin Franklin Gold Medal, it was decided to produce a professional DVD based upon the 432-page book.
Drawing upon his personal experiences, Disney Author and Historian Michael Broggie has toured the country giving presentations to over 1.7 million people on Walt Disney’s lifelong enchantment with railroads. Now, this theme has been captured in an hourlong production featuring film, photographs, videos and stories.
